As the saying goes,” the true way to render ourselves happy is to love our work and find in it our pleasure.” It is not always the money that motivates a person to work. Understanding an employee’s motivation to work is also a way of boosting his or her morale as a human and as an employee.

At the end of the day, you will feel tired and exhausted from your job. But then, a smile of accomplishment and fulfillment is found in your heart. It’s not just the job itself, the working environment, the salary, the employer, nor do the benefits that all count in one’s employee’s job motivation. It is simply sometimes your passion of doing it. “I just feel like doing it! I love doing my job!”  Tristan says.

“I love to meet a lot of people from all walks of life, making friends & learning new techniques and strategies from experiences on computer troubleshooting and information technology. I believe a diploma is not enough. Learning from work is the best reward you will ever receive. Thank you so much to my trainor, Engr. Ilano for all you taught me and continue sharing with me on the technical matters. Thank you to Ma’am Yanna for hiring me and giving me the opportunity to prove what I got,” he says.
